Bishop John and Isha Edmondson are high school sweethearts and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Willingboro, NJ in 1986. They continued their undergraduate studies at Trenton State College and graduated in 1991. Pastor John received a B.A. in Political Science and Pastor Isha received a B.S. in Business Administration.

The Edmondson’s were married in May of 1992 and moved to Voorhees NJ, where they now currently reside. They have successfully completed Pastoral studies with biblical certifications from the Christian Research  and Development Institute in Philadelphia, PA and the National Association of Christian Counselors in Lafayette, IN. Pastor John began serving as a Youth Pastor in 1993 and then was ordained as an Assistant Pastor in 1995 and Pastor Isha was commissioned to begin pastoring with her husband in 1999. After eight years of faithful service at their previous church, Pastors John and Isha were released with their Pastor’s blessing to establish Victory in Christ Christian Center in November of 2000. In October of 2001, Pastors’ John and Isha came under the covering and tutelage of Pastors’ Lamont and Connie McLean of Living Faith Christian Center in Pennsauken, NJ. With the passing of the late Dr. Lamont McLean in 2007, and as they continue under the authority of Pastor Constance McLean, their spiritual mother, Pastors John and Isha came under the Fatherhood and mentorship of Bishop I.V. and Dr. Bridgette Hilliard and are mentored by Dr. Myles Monroe.

Victory in Christ Christian Center was birthed out of a burden to show God’s people not only how to make Jesus Christ their Savior, but how to make Him Lord over every area of their lives. Victory is a thriving multi-cultural church with a 21^st century vision of reaching the lost, maturing believers and raising up Godly leaders to be equipped for their purpose and calling.

Pastors John and Isha have also helped start various profit and nonprofit organizations, and sit on the board of the New Jersey & Philadelphia Kingdom Chamber of Commerce and various other boards in the Delaware Valley. Pastors John and Isha are often sought after for pre- and post-marital counseling, leadership seminars, and conferences and have been blessed with three beautiful children, Joshua, Christian, and Jordan Edmondson.
